Shobayashi Shorin Ryu Karatedo
I have been training since 1994 under Grandmaster Wilfred Santos of East Hampton, CT, who currently holds the rank of Kudan, or 9th degree black belt. I still train with him and sometimes help with instruction at the East Hampton Kudokan, where we have a private group/dojo with people who have been training together many years. I have been teaching in Norwich since 2024, when I started training students at Norwich Free Academy. Also, I am an Associate Professor at UConn.
